*January 2010 (whole) $2200.
*Superbikes - $1500 for 3-4 nights
*Public holidays/Long weekends - 3 night minimum
*Easter - 4 nights $1000 or 5 nights $1150
*V8s - $900 for 3 nights *Grand Prix - $2200 for up to 7 nights (including linen)
*Melbourne Cup - $3 nights $750 or 4 nights $900

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:
Minimum of 2 nights on weekends.
Check in time is usually 2.00PM. Please confirm on booking. Check out time is 11.00AM. A late check out fee may occur.
50% deposit required to confirm booking with balance due before arrival.
50% of daily room rate is charged for extensions up to 6PM. After 6PM full day room rates will be applied.
If the cancelled date can be re-booked, or if there is a period of 14 days before the booked date, the deposit may be transferred to a new date. Otherwise cancellation will result in the loss of 50% of total :"No shows" will incur a full charge.
Please note, there is no refund on unused portions of packages also early departures are not eligible for any refunds.
